Spinny S2300 Pallet Wrapper
This is our automatic packaging line with a rotating table wrapping machine and automatic top sheet dispenser, it is motorised pre-stretch. The pallet height is detected by photocell. There is a variable speed of film carrier which is completely customisable. The working cycle is controlled by PLC Siemens S7-1200 and control panel KTP700. The power pre-stretch is a special device which allows the best utilisation of the stretch film quantity. This machine has the capability to wrap light and unsteady pallets that couldn’t previously be wrapped with different frictioning systems.
