Sealing methods
Tape
Adhesive tape application offers consistency and superior sealing. Our case erecting machines apply a single, precise layer of tape along the open seam of boxes, minimising the risk of excessive handling and unnecessary taping commonly associated with manual sealing. This results in time savings and reduced wastage.

Hot melt glue
To protect the contents of the boxes from tampering, it is useful to seal with hot glue. In addition, for high production rates, you can save a lot of consumables. Our end of line, composed of forming and sealing machines, can be easily integrated in a line.
Our machines give the customer the possibility of managing production batches, which require alternating the sealing with hot melt glue and self-adhesive tape thanks to the use of our hybrid machines. It is also possible to combine the two types of sealing.

gummed paper
Case erecting with gummed paper sealing, also known as water-activated tape (WAT) sealing, is a method of securely sealing packages, typically cardboard boxes, using a special adhesive tape. Unlike conventional adhesive tapes that have a pre-applied sticky surface, gummed paper tape requires activation by water.

Gummed paper is biodegradable and 100% environmentally friendly.
Provides a tamper-evident seal that shows if a package has been opened.
Gummed paper creates a strong bond suitable for heavy or irregularly shaped packages.

Comarme F2000 & B52
Automatic carton erecting machine.
The Comarme F2000 case former prepares the boxes with the 4 bottom flaps folded, taking them from the side magazine (Box loader). The bottom flaps are closed by adhesive tape and sent to the filling point.
Any interference between the flaps during folding is completely eliminated. The compact dimensions allows the machine to be incorporated in existing lines or installed in a limited space.

Comarme F1000 & gem b52
Automatic carton erecting machine.
The Comarme F1000 case former prepares the boxes with the 4 bottom flaps folded, taking them from the side magazine (Box loader). The bottom flaps are closed by adhesive tape and sent to the filling point. This carton erector setup perfect folded boxes, even in case with light cartons, thanks to the special for this machine designed folding device.
Any interference between the flaps during folding is completely eliminated. The compact dimensions allows the machine to be incorporated in existing lines or installed in a limited space.

goldflex 56L
Automatic case erector
The machine forms the bottom of uniform sized American type boxes, automatically folding the 4 bottom flaps. The machine must be adjusted through handles with position indicators on the box dimensions to be formed. The perfect synchronous lever movements assure the flap folding system performance.
The compact dimensions allow GOLDFLEX56L to be installed in existing lines optimizing the space.

Plain or Printed tape
We supply self-adhesive Tapes in 990m/1500m metre rolls with the correct adhesive to suit your factory environment and throughout with either a polypropylene backing or crepe paper baking.
Polypropylene Tape is available in:
Plain – clear/brown/white
Printed- up to 3 colours
Coloured – red, orange , yellow, green blue and more
Our Crepe Paper Tape has a hot melt or natural rubber base which makes it suitable for all your Packaging applications.
It can be used with manual Tape dispensers and automatic Tape Sealing machines which we can supply to you with a Taping Machine at competitive prices.
