THE TR2 ROLLER CONVEYOR
It consists of two sheet metal profiles appropriately folded and punched. All sheet metal parts are painted with epoxy powders (ns. Standard color GREY RAL 7001) while the remaining parts are galvanized. Each conveyor is composed of: – zinc-chrome rollers having Ø 48 mm and center distance of 75 mm – the drive unit fitted below the frame – transmission shaft – via transmission belts in polioretano Ø 5 mm placed between the roller and the shaft – Supports adjustable M50 (sect. tubular 50×25 mm) for height adjustable work plan from 650 to 850 mm – motor protection start / stop.
THE TTL CONVEYOR SYSTEM
It consists of two sheet metal profiles appropriately folded and punched. All sheet metal parts are painted with epoxy powders (ns. Standard colour GREY RAL 7001) while the remaining parts are galvanised. Command roll having ø 100 mmidler pulley having ø 100 mmdrive unit fitted below the frame (standard version). Smooth tape PVC with two vulcanized profiles to guide the carpet and metal junctionplates galvanized sheet for the belt slip. Supports adjustable m50 (tubular section mm. 50×25) per floor adjustable working height from 650 to 850 mmmotor protection start/stop.
